What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, topic and message, and the date you gave consent.
- Email and phone: the details you share when you contact us directly.
- Technical data: your IP address is processed by our web server to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The contact form keeps an anonymised value for one hour to limit spam.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use form data for marketing and do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after [N] months.
Who receives it
Your data is accessible only to Velox staff who handle your enquiry and to our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
